About the Role Predominantly clinic-based work in Seven Hills, with some travel to local schools Deliver therapy blocks, group programs and 1:1 sessions Tailored paediatric caseload (with opportunities to work with young adults if preferred) Regular changes in caseload and calendar—ideal for someone who loves variety Dedicated midday admin time to reset, plan and recharge 3–6 month onboarding ramp-up period What’s on Offer $83,000–$115,000 salary package (depending on experience) Flexibility: 3 days part time - full time are considered Low billable expectations with a supportive KPI structure Weekly 45-minute team PD sessions Fortnightly 1:1 mentoring focused on wellbeing, energy, career goals and skill development Access to multiple senior clinicians for specialised advice $1,000 pro-rata PD budget Clinic with 4 therapy rooms, shared spaces, and resources designed for early intervention A vibrant, collaborative team culture—no clinician works in isolation Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
